Reporting Significant Performance Failures
The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has recently published guidance for tenants of registered social landlords on reporting a significant performance failure. A significant performance failure (SPF) is a concern of a serious nature which impacts a number of the landlords tenants. The fact sheet from the SHR provides information on what a significant performance failure is and how you can report an SPF. You can access the factsheet by clicking on the link or by contacting the Office for a hard copy.
