We pride ourselves on dealing with complaints we receive thouroughly and as quickly as we can. We aim to acknowledge complaints as soon as we receive them and dealing with the issues raised as quickly as possible. The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman issues guidlines on how to deal with complaints which we operate within. If someone is unhappy with how we deal with their complaints they can approach the Ombudsman to ask for them to independantly review their complaint. Details of this can be found on their website .
