Chris Chalk joined Rosehill on 6ᵗʰ July 2026. He joins Rosehill from Milnbank Housing Association, bringing extensive experience in the housing sector, including strong credentials in organisational leadership, strategic delivery, and regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record of effective governance, and partnership working, alongside a clear focus on delivering outcomes for our tenants and the wider Pollok community.
Housing Services Manager
Sharon Quinn (CIHCM) joined Rosehill in 2001 and has over 25 years experience in social housing. She began her career at Rosehill as a Housing Assistant and subsequently progressed to being a Housing Officer. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Housing Management which led her to be successfully appointed as our Housing Services Manager in January 2022.
Technical Services Manager
Sandra Hunter joined Rosehill in August 2012 from the Private Sector. A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Sandra's experience and background has ensured our properties continue to be maintained and upgraded to the highest standards possible. Sandra is responsible for all aspects of repairs and maintenance i.e. planned, cyclical and day to day maintenance.
Finance & IT Manager
Liam Donnachie joined Rosehill in October 2024, he has over 6 years’ experience as an accountant in housing and construction and is a member of the SORP Working Party. Liam has also been a member of another RSL board for over 6 years and is currently Chairman of the board. Liam is experienced in financial management and reporting, system development, and has extensive knowledge of social housing.
Liam is responsible for financial management at Rosehill and managing its finance function.
Corporate Services & HR Manager
Aileen Innes (MCIPD) joined Rosehill in January 2022 from the Social Care Sector. She has 18 years' experience working in a HR role, incorporating other elements of Corporate Services. Aileen is passionate about the role of Corporate Services and HR working collaboratively across the Organisation to deliver excellent services for our customers and stakeholders.
