Director
Geri Mogan (CertCIH) joined Rosehill in July 1991, she has over 30 years experience in the Social Rented Sector. For a number of years she was responsible for service delivery in relation to housing management, day to day maintenance and gas servicing.
In April 2019, she was appointed as Director, previously being the Depute Director from 2005. She is experienced in performance management, policy making, business planning and governance.
Housing Services Manager
Linda Chelton (CIHCM, PDHSC) joined Rosehill in June 2018. She has worked in Social Housing for over 30 years and led operational staff teams in England for 13 years before moving to Scotland in 2016 to work for a Housing Association which provides and manages housing and services, mainly for older people. There she led on performance and policy, customer engagement, volunteering and business development.
Technical Services Manager
Sandra Hunter joined Rosehill in August 2012 from the Private Sector. A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Sandra's experience and background has ensured our properties continue to be maintained and upgraded to the highest standards possible. Sandra is responsible for all aspects of repairs and maintenance i.e. planned, cyclical and day to day maintenance.
Finance Manager
Alison Stewart (FCCA) joined Rosehill in August 2014. She is a qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience of working in the Social Rented Sector. Having worked previously as a finance consultant she has a wide ranging knowledge of finance and management systems.
