During the Corona Virus outbreak we are still operating a service but only by phone or email.

We realise this is an extremely stressful time.  If you are worried about your income or benefits during the current outbreak please contact us.

We offer a Welfare Rights Service every day of the week. This is a free and confidential service from which many tenants have benefited. 

Our Welfare Benefits Service provides a range of services including –

•Benefit checks – to check entitlement to a range of welfare benefits and to ensure you are receiving all benefits you are entitled to.

•Assistance with claiming benefits

•Applying for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction

•Assistance with pursuing appeals

•Applying for Universal Credit

•Budgeting and maximising your income.
