Rosehill has been operating in the Pollok area of Glasgow for over 30 years and owns and manages over 1000 properties. We currently have the following vacancy:
Finance Administrator (Part Time)
EVH Grade 4 £25,755 - £29,124 (Pro Rata)
21 Hours Per Week (Working days / Working pattern negotiable)
12 months Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility of the position becoming permanent)
We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator, on a part time basis, to support the work of our Finance Team.
If successful, you will be responsible for collating and organising all invoices, including carrying out appropriate checks, and processing them through the ledger within relevant timescales.
You will be required to produce and issue weekly reports using Rosehill’s financial software, as well as reconciling bank accounts monthly for review by the Finance Manager.
You must be proficient in Excel, have good numeracy and accuracy skills, and have the ability to organise and manage your own workload. Previous experience of working in an office environment, and a finance team, is preferred but not essential, as is knowledge of the social rented sector and previous experience of using housing software.
