We currently have the following vacancy:
A new opportunity has arisen within our Housing Services Department, and we are looking to fill an additional position of Housing Assistant within the Generic Team.
If successful, you will be responsible for processing applications for housing and internal transfers as well as providing a service to our current tenants. This will include dealing with terminations, carrying out home visits, assist with the provision of effective neighbourhood management and anti-social behaviour. The role also requires a degree of general administrative duties.
You should be able to demonstrate suitable experience of working in Housing Management within the Social Rented Sector, possess excellent customer care skills and have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Having a relevant housing qualification is desirable as is experience of rent arrears management and recovery.
