These houses were originally built in the 1950's and fully modernised in the 1990's after forming the basis of Rosehill's original stock.
Identified by their distinctive red door canopies and cills and located in and around Peat Road, Househillwood Road, Glenlora Drive, Lunderston Drive and Househillmuir Road.
The Hurlet Tenements are located at the top of Seamill Street, behind the Levernwood Community Hall, in Nitshill.
These tenements were fully refurbished in 1994 and acquired by Rosehill in 1997
Some of the houses are set in a courtyard.
This small development of only 17 houses is located at the corner of Househillwood Road and Glenlora Drive.
The Lindens is mainly semi-detached houses and some bungalows.
We own 32 houses in this mainly owner occupied development, which was built by Barratt. The Lindens is located off Ravenscraig Drive in Priesthill.
Most off the houses are formed over two cul-de-sacs in Johnsburn Road and Johnsburn Drive and are mainly semi-detached.
Johnsburn is located off Househillwood Road opposite the shops, with a small number of houses on Househillwood Road itself.
They are formed over four closes. Two are on Priesthill Road and two are on Ravenscraig Drive.
These tenements were fully refurbished in 1998
The New Hurlet development is linked to the Hurlethill development built a few years later.
This small development is in Nitshill with houses and cottage flats on Pinmore Place, Pinmore Street and Seamill Street.
The cottages are spread over three sites at Peat Road, Househillwood Road and Lunderston Drive and also two cul-de-sacs at Lunderston Gardens and Lunderston Close.
This development was built in 2000. It comprises of semi-detached and detached timber cottages.
Turnberryhill is located in and around Glentyan Drive near the junction with Lunderston Drive.
This development completed in 2001 comprises of semi-detached houses and cottage flats. Some houses are finished in timber cladding and some have velux windows on the upper floors.
These properties sit back from the road on Overtown Avenue opposite Gowanbank Primary School.
The Overtown Bungalows were completed in 2001. They are the same design as Rosehill Cottages being timber clad.
This development is a mixture of semi-detached and cottage flats.
Hurlethill sits next to the New Hurlet development in Nitshill with houses located on Pinmore Street, Seamill Street and Pinmore Place.
The development is located in Craigbank at Househillwood Road, Glentyan Drive, Bankbrae Avenue, Glenlora Drive and two cul-de-sacs, Rosehill Crescent and Rosehill Drive.
The Craigbank development was built in three phases between 2007 -2010. The development is a mixture of semi detached houses, bungalows and some terraced housing.
This development is over two sites at the bottom end of Househillwood Road.
Our latest development of mainly houses and a few bungalows was started in 2018 and completed in 2019.
